Our practices proceed in a certain system and order. Each terrain has its own conditions. Parameters such as soil structure and slope are determined in the field in regions and our field team determines which methods should be used in which region. This makes the project more cautious and quicker to take action against the problems we foresee.
Hot-dip galvanized steel materials with high corrosion resistance come to the site with the necessary documents. The production of each part is carried out in accordance with EN1090 -1 and EN1090 -2 and in full compliance with the design file.
Our field applications are carried out in coordination with our experienced installation teams and project engineers. Every step in the field is taken in accordance with the project and in a planned manner. Timing, work safety, installation quality and customer satisfaction are our indisputable priorities.
During the installation process, the progress in the field is recorded with daily reports and checklists. At the end of the day, the completed and planned works are shared with the customer via e-mail. In the controls carried out before field delivery, the conformity of the carrier systems with the information in the assembly manual, fasteners, torque measurements and alignments are tested with special equipment according to reference values.
