PRODUCTION
Contrust, which has a supply capacity of 4500 tons/month (120 MW/month) with its solution partners specialized in the production of solar mounting system components, carries out the production and supply processes of the system components designed by the engineering department within the framework of international standards.
Contrust controls the traceability of the products from its head office and provides instant notifications from the purchase of raw materials until they are delivered to customers. All system components of Contrust have EN 1090 standards and solar mounting system components designed on a project basis have a 10-year product warranty.
Contrust provides assurance by offering a 10-year product warranty on project-based solar mounting system components.
All Contrust system components are manufactured and supplied in accordance with International EN 1090 standards.
Contrust customizes the solar mounting system components designed by its engineering department for each project.

By examining the terrain profile, stand arrangement, column application and driving depths are optimized.
Soil Analysis
Material and coating selections are made after soil corrosivity is measured in accordance with DIN 50929 standard.
Pull-out Tests
Pull-out tests are performed to determine the column type and application depths in accordance with ASTM-D3689-07 standard.

Packaging
Profiles are clamped and fasteners are packed in boxes.
